Surah Al Hadid (The Iron) is the 57th surah (chapter) of the Quran. It has 29 verses and it is a Medinan surah. It was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in Medina. The surah takes its name from the word “hadid” (iron) in verse 25.
